Darrin appears on BBC2's Ready Steady Cook

Way back last summer, I had a phone call from the Ready Steady Cook production company, they asked me if I would like to be on the show as a food photographer during the last ten minute "Goodie Bag" slot. After a week or two I finally decided that I would agree to being on TV knowing that that part of the show is the most popular!

The show was filmed in October with celebraties James Thornton (from Holby Blue) and Joanna Page (from Gavin & Stacy), the chefs were Paul Rankin and James Tanner, and hosted by Ainsley Harriott. I took part in the ten minute quickie challenge where I challenged the chefs to cook food that would look great to photograph.They came up with some great food of which I was invited to comment on and taste!
